Where we stand

Inclusive shopping matters to us. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across printstore360.net, on both desktop and mobile, in light and dark themes, and we keep working to close any gaps.

What's already in place

Just some of the things we've baked into the build:

  • Properly nested headings, landmarks and ARIA roles for screen readers
  • Full keyboard reachability — menus, filters, modals and the checkout
  • Colour palette designed around accessible contrast in both themes
  • Alt text across product, banner and content imagery
  • Layouts that hold together when text is zoomed to 200%
  • Animations that pause when your OS asks us to reduce motion
  • Form inputs with visible focus rings and screen-reader friendly errors

The standards we measure against

We test every release against:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the international benchmark for accessible web content
  • Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Always a work in progress

Accessibility isn't a one-and-done audit. We review the site as we ship updates and treat reported issues as a priority fix. If something on the site is getting in your way, please flag it — that feedback is the fastest path to a fix.
