Cookie Policy
A plain-English look at the cookies Print Store 360 uses, why they're here, and how you can switch the optional ones on or off.

A quick definition
A cookie is a tiny file your browser stores when you load a page. It lets the next page (or your next visit) remember small things like the items in your basket, whether you're signed in, or that you prefer the dark theme. Without them, every click would feel like a brand new visit.
The categories we use
Essential (always on)
The minimum needed for the site to work. Think basket contents, secure sign-in, fraud checks at checkout. Switch these off and the store simply can't run.
Performance & analytics
Anonymous, aggregated data we use to spot slow pages, broken filters and product searches that come up empty. We don't tie any of it back to you personally.
Functional
Remembers preferences such as your theme choice and whether you've already dismissed a banner — small comforts that make repeat visits smoother.
Marketing
Used by our advertising partners so the offers you see off-site are at least relevant to printers and scanners. These stay off until you opt in.
Cookies set by partners
A handful of trusted vendors set cookies through our pages — for example our payment gateway (so a card transaction can be completed), our analytics provider (so we can read aggregated traffic reports) and our advertising partners. Each runs under its own privacy policy; we only enable the ones you've consented to.
Changing your mind
Two ways to update your choices:
- Re-open our consent banner from any footer link to flip optional categories on or off.
- Use your browser's privacy settings to view, delete, or block cookies on a per-site basis.
- Block third-party cookies entirely — most modern browsers offer a one-click toggle.
- Set the browser to clear everything every time you close it.
Heads up: turning off essential cookies in the browser will stop you from signing in or completing an order. The optional categories can be switched off without breaking anything.
