1. Information We Collect
Running an online store needs a small amount of personal data — enough to get the right printer to the right doorstep and answer your questions when you reach out. We try to keep that footprint as light as we can.
Details you give us directly
When you register, place an order, sign up for the newsletter, or contact support we capture the obvious essentials: your name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, and the encrypted account password you choose. Card numbers go straight to our payment gateway and never touch our servers.
Order & transaction history
For every purchase we log what was bought, the totals, the date, the chosen payment method (token only) and the carrier tracking. Holding that record is how we resolve support tickets, file warranty claims and meet our tax obligations.
How you use the site
Aggregated browsing signals — pages visited, products viewed, search terms entered, time on page — help us spot rough edges in the experience and surface products you might find useful. None of it is tied to your name unless you're signed in.
Device & technical signals
The usual web headers: IP address, browser and OS, screen size, language preference and the page that referred you in. We use these for fraud-prevention, accessibility tuning and load-balancing.
2. How We Use Your Information
The purposes below cover everything we currently do with the data we collect:
- Filling orders: picking, packing, dispatching and confirming delivery, plus the status emails along the way.
- Account features: running your sign-in, history, saved addresses, wishlists and preference settings.
- Marketing — if you opt in: occasional offers, restock alerts and the monthly newsletter. One-click unsubscribe is in every email.
- Customer support: answering tickets, troubleshooting issues, looking up RMAs and serial numbers.
- Improving the site: fixing slow pages, broken filters and patchy product copy by reviewing aggregated analytics.
- Stopping fraud: protecting your account and ours from card abuse, account take-overs and suspicious behaviour.
- Legal & tax: meeting tax-reporting duties and responding to valid legal requests.
3. Third-Party Sharing
The only outside parties that ever see your data are the ones genuinely needed to run the shop. Each of them works under a written contract that limits how they can use what we share.
Operational vendors
This includes our card payment processor, trusted shipping carriers, the email provider that sends your receipts, our help-desk software, hosting infrastructure and the analytics platform that surfaces aggregate traffic data. Each one is contractually limited to using your information solely for the service they provide to us.
Compliance with the law
If we receive a subpoena, court order or other valid legal request, we may need to share specific information — but only the minimum required, and only after verifying the request is genuine.
Corporate transactions
If Print Store 360 is ever acquired, restructured or merged, your data may be transferred to the new owner as part of the business assets. Any change like that will be communicated through email and a banner on the site.
Worth repeating: we don't sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing. The sharing described above is the only sharing that happens.
5. Your Rights
You have meaningful control over the personal information we hold about you. Here's the menu:
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold on you.
- Correction: fix anything that's wrong directly from your account dashboard, or by emailing us.
- Deletion: request that we erase your information, subject to records we're legally required to keep (such as tax invoices).
- Opt-out: step out of marketing emails any time using the unsubscribe link or your account settings.
- Portability: ask for your data in a machine-readable format you can take to another provider.
- Objection: push back on specific kinds of processing — particularly anything related to direct marketing.
Email contact@printstore360.net to invoke any of these. We'll come back to you inside 30 days.
6. International Transfers
Print Store 360's servers and head office are based in the United States. If you're browsing from outside the US, the data you send us crosses borders to reach our infrastructure here.
Continuing to use the site is your consent to that transfer, with the understanding that US privacy law differs from local law in some markets. We apply equivalent technical and organisational protections regardless of where the request originates — the safeguards in this Policy travel with your data.
7. CCPA Compliance (California Residents)
Californians have additional protections under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as updated by the California Privacy Rights Act. They sit on top of (not in place of) the rights described in Section 5.
- Right to know: learn what categories of personal information we've collected, used, disclosed or "sold" (in the CCPA's broad sense).
- Right to delete: request that we erase the personal information we collected from you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: tell us to stop any data sharing that the CCPA classes as a sale.
- Right not to be penalised: exercising any of these rights won't change the price you pay or the service you receive.
- Right to correct: ask us to fix any inaccurate personal information on file.
- Right to limit sensitive use: direct us to use sensitive personal information only for delivering the service you've asked for.
The 12-month look-back
A CCPA "right to know" request lets you cover the 12 months immediately before the request. The response will include the categories we collected, specific data points where reasonable, where each category came from, the business reason for collecting it, and the categories of recipients we shared it with.
How to file a CCPA request
Send an email to contact@printstore360.net. We'll verify the request, ask for written authorisation if you're using an agent, and reply within 45 days (with a possible 45-day extension if a response gets complicated).
Want to do this with one click instead of a free-form email? Use our Do Not Sell My Personal Information form below.
8. Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Print Store 360 doesn't sell your personal information.
No part of your data is exchanged for cash or other "valuable consideration" with outside parties. Information shared with operational partners (carriers, payment gateways, analytics platforms) is locked down by contract to the specific service they perform for us.
The CCPA defines "sale" more broadly than the everyday meaning of the word. Even though that broader definition doesn't really apply to us, we want to be transparent — and we want you to have a one-stop control panel.
To opt out or ask a question
Email contact@printstore360.net or use the dedicated form on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
9. Data Security
Security isn't an afterthought. We layer the standard industry controls and review them regularly:
End-to-end TLS
Every byte that moves between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using modern TLS — the same standard online banks rely on.
PCI-DSS payments
Card numbers and CVV codes go straight to PCI-DSS-certified payment processors. The full card number never lives on a Print Store 360 server, even briefly.
Hardened storage
Production data sits behind firewalls, intrusion-detection sensors and tightly scoped role-based access. Independent audits run on the same cadence as our software releases.
People controls
Only the team members who genuinely need to see customer data can. Everyone is trained on phishing, password hygiene and incident response when they join, with refreshers each year.
10. Data Retention
We hold on to personal data only as long as it's still earning its keep — or as long as the law tells us to.
Typical retention windows
- Order & invoice records: 7 years, in line with US tax and accounting rules.
- Account information: as long as the account is active, then up to 12 months in cold storage before deletion.
- Marketing preferences: retained until you change them or unsubscribe.
- Web analytics: aggregated and anonymised for up to 26 months.
- Support tickets: 3 years from resolution, in case the same question comes back.
Once a piece of data ages out it is either securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
11. Children's Privacy
Print Store 360 is built for adults shopping for office and home equipment. We don't knowingly market to or accept account registrations from anyone under 13.
If you're a parent or guardian and you believe a child has handed over personal details on our site, please get in touch with contact@printstore360.net right away.
Whenever we discover that data from someone under 13 has slipped through, we delete it from active systems and back-ups as quickly as our retention systems allow.
12. Updates to This Policy
This Policy will evolve over time as our tooling, partners or legal duties change. We don't expect to revise it often, but when we do:
How we'll tell you
The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page always shows when the most recent edit went live. For substantive changes — new categories of data, new partners, anything that would surprise a reasonable shopper — we also send an email to active customers and post a banner on the homepage for at least 14 days.
What continued use means
Carrying on using the site after a change goes live counts as accepting the updated Policy. If anything in the new version doesn't sit right with you, you can close your account or email us with questions.
