Take 30 days to make sure your new printer or scanner is the right fit. If it isn't, sending it back is straightforward.

You have 30 days

Print Store 360 accepts returns on any unused product, in its original packaging, within 30 days of the day it lands at your door. The 30-day clock starts on the carrier's confirmed delivery date — not the order date — so weekend deliveries don't eat into your window.

  • Postmarked back to us within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused, in like-new condition, with seals intact where they were sealed
  • Original carton, foam, cables, manuals and starter ink/toner all included
  • Order number or email receipt to hand

Starting a return

  1. Get in touch — email contact@printstore360.net or call 1-325-244-5856 with your order number and a quick note on the reason.
  2. Receive your RMA — we'll send back a Return Merchandise Authorisation number and the right return address as soon as possible.
  3. Repack carefully — tuck the unit back into its original packaging with everything that came in the box.
  4. Ship it — write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the carton and drop it with any tracked carrier.
  5. Get refunded — once the parcel is back with our QA team and inspection is signed off, we issue the refund inside five business days.

Refunds, fees & shipping

Refunds land back on the original card or wallet within 5 to 10 business days of inspection — the timing on the receiving end depends on your bank, not us.

Restocking

If the box has been opened but the unit is still resellable as open-box, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Sealed returns, defective hardware and anything we shipped wrong are restocking-free.

Who pays for shipping?

Outbound shipping cost on the original order isn't refundable on a change-of-mind return, and you cover return postage in that case. If we sent the wrong item, the unit was DOA, or there's clear shipping damage, we cover both legs.

Faulty or damaged on arrival? We pay every shipping label and dispatch a replacement at zero extra cost.

Items we can't take back

For hygiene, safety or licensing reasons a few categories sit outside the standard return window:

  • Custom-printed orders or anything personalised to you
  • Software keys that have already been activated or redeemed
  • Hardware that has been damaged through misuse, accident or third-party modification
  • Gift cards and store credit balances

Swapping for a different model

Bought the laser when you really needed an inkjet? Exchanges run on the same 30-day window. Tell our support team which model you'd like to switch to and we'll quote any price difference up front — you only pay (or get refunded) the gap.
