How we ship

Standard ground — 5 to 7 business days

Included free on every order to the lower 48 states. Carrier choice is based on the fastest route from our facility to your door.

Orders heading to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or PO Boxes are quoted at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination — no surprises after the fact.

Processing & dispatch

Same-day dispatch

Place your order before 2:00 PM EST on a business day and it leaves the warehouse the same afternoon. Anything later, plus weekends and US holidays, ships the next business morning.

Order confirmation

Once your order ships, a confirmation email is sent to the address on file. Signed-in customers can also view order details from their account.

Every parcel is fully insured, and signature confirmation is automatically added on orders above $500.

Outside the US

For now Print Store 360 ships within the United States and US territories only — direct international delivery is on the roadmap but not live yet. International shoppers are welcome to use a US-based mail forwarding service; in that case any duties, taxes or customs fees on the destination side are your responsibility.

When something goes wrong

Box arrived damaged

If the carton looks crushed or torn at the door, refuse the delivery if you can and ping us within 48 hours. We'll dispatch a replacement straight away and handle the carrier claim ourselves.

Tracking says delivered, but it's not there

Have a quick look around the porch and check with neighbours and your local post office first — nine times out of ten that solves it. If it doesn't, contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation and file a claim.

Wrong address at checkout

Always double-check the shipping address before paying. Once a parcel is in the carrier's hands we can't reroute it for free; the carrier may charge a small address-correction fee that we'll need to pass on.
