Warranty Coverage

Every printer, scanner and accessory we sell is brand new in a sealed carton and arrives with the maker's full warranty intact.

The maker stands behind it

Print Store 360 ships only authentic, factory-sealed hardware sourced from authorised channels. That means every manufacturer we carry honours their full retail warranty on anything you buy from us — usually 12 months of limited cover, with longer terms on most enterprise-class machines.

Service handled by the brand

Repairs, replacements and parts come straight from the manufacturer's own service network, so you get factory-trained technicians and original spares.

Defects in materials or build quality

If a covered fault appears under everyday, intended use, the manufacturer will repair, replace or refund as their warranty terms describe.

The full small print sits in the box with your unit. You can also look it up online by entering your model and serial number on the manufacturer's support site.

Typically covered

  • Manufacturing faults in components or assembly
  • Internal component failures during ordinary use
  • Print head, scanner bar or print engine failures inside the cover period
  • The remedy — repair, replacement or refund — is the maker's call under their warranty terms

Outside the cover

  • Drops, spills, electrical surges or any kind of accidental damage
  • Routine wear-and-tear parts — rollers, belts, fuser kits, ink absorbers
  • Damage traced back to non-OEM ink, toner, paper or third-party supplies (varies by brand)
  • Cosmetic scratches or marks that don't affect performance
  • Anything serviced or modified by an unauthorised technician

Filing a warranty claim

Print Store 360 is the seller, not the warranty servicer. Manufacturer warranties are administered directly by each brand's support network, so claims should be opened with them. Use the contact details inside your packaging, or head to the brand's support portal and enter your model and serial number.

Have your order receipt, the unit's serial number and a clear description of what's happening on hand. The manufacturer will walk you through their RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) process from there.

If a brand-new unit arrives faulty — within 30 days of delivery — you don't need to bother with a warranty claim at all. Use our Return Policy instead and we'll send a replacement (or issue a full refund).
