1. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through the site is an offer to buy — it's only confirmed once Print Store 360 accepts it. We reserve the right to decline or void an order for reasons such as stock shortfalls, pricing or specification typos in our catalogue, or fraud-prevention checks. The automated confirmation email you receive after checkout acknowledges receipt; it isn't a guarantee that we will ship.
2. Pricing
Every price on the site is in US dollars and can move at any time. The price you pay is the one displayed on the product page at the moment your order is placed. Promotional prices apply only to orders submitted while the offer is live and within any quantity limits we publish.
3. Payment Terms
Accepted methods include the major credit and debit card networks, as well as Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Cards are charged in full at the moment the order is placed. By submitting payment details you confirm you're authorised to use the chosen method and that the billing information you've provided is accurate.
4. Net-30 Business Accounts
Established US businesses, schools, libraries and government agencies can apply to invoice on Net-30 terms. Email contact@printstore360.net with a quick note about your organisation; once approved, invoices fall due 30 calendar days from issue. Past-due balances may carry a 1.5% monthly service charge until cleared.
5. Sales Tax
State and local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout against the shipping address. If your organisation is tax-exempt, send your resale or exemption certificate to contact@printstore360.net before placing the order so we can flag the account and skip the tax line.
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel a pending order for free as long as it hasn't already been picked and labelled in the warehouse. Once it's on a truck, the Return Policy takes over. To request a cancellation, email contact@printstore360.net with your order number as soon as you can — same-day orders move quickly.
7. Order Fulfillment
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST on a regular business day are typically packed and dispatched the same afternoon from our Texas warehouse. Anything that arrives later, or at the weekend, ships the next business morning. See our Shipping Policy for carrier choices and transit times.
