A plain read of the rules that apply when you browse, buy from, or otherwise use Print Store 360. By using the site you accept the terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Loading any page on printstore360.net (the "Site") or buying anything through it counts as acceptance of these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If anything below doesn't sit right with you, please don't continue to use the Site.
The agreement runs between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and Print Store 360 (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). Continuing to use the Site after we update these Terms means you've accepted whatever the latest version says.
Age requirement: the Site is intended for users 18 and older. Under-18s may use it only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful, personal or business shopping purposes. In particular, you agree not to:
- Break any federal, state, local or international law or regulation while using the Site
- Send unsolicited promotions, spam, chain mail or any other form of mass solicitation
- Pretend to be Print Store 360, one of our employees, or another shopper
- Behave in a way that limits other people's ability to enjoy or use the Site
- Probe, scan or attempt to break into any part of the Site or our infrastructure
- Run bots, scrapers or other automated tooling against the Site without prior written permission
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other harmful code
3. Account Registration
Opening an account
You can check out as a guest or register an account for faster repeat ordering. If you choose to register, please give us truthful, complete details and keep them current as anything changes.
Looking after your sign-in
Your password is yours to safeguard. Anything that happens under your account is your responsibility, so let us know straight away if you suspect someone else has logged in.
Suspension & closure
We may pause or close any account that breaches these Terms, threatens other users, or carries out activity we reasonably believe to be fraudulent. Where it's safe to do so we'll explain why before taking action.
4. Orders & Payment
Order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — for example because of a stock shortfall, a pricing typo on the catalogue, or a payment-fraud flag — before it ships.
Pricing & availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Stock levels move quickly, so a product showing as available at the moment of search isn't guaranteed for sale until your order is confirmed.
Payment methods
We take all the major credit and debit card networks, and offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. By submitting payment details you confirm you're authorised to use the chosen method.
Sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated against the shipping address and shown to you before you confirm payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Carriers, lead times and rates live on our Shipping Policy page. The summary below is for legal-clarity only.
Title & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss for any item pass to you the moment our carrier scans it for collection. Damage or loss in transit should be reported to us within 7 days so we can open a carrier claim on your behalf.
Shipments outside the US
Direct international delivery isn't currently available. If you arrange your own freight forwarder, any duties, taxes and customs fees levied at the destination are entirely your responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
Full mechanics live on the Return Policy page. The headline: unused items in their original packaging can be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery. A handful of categories — opened consumables, custom-printed work, redeemed software keys — are excluded for hygiene or licensing reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content
Everything on the Site — the design, code, copy, photographs, illustrations, audio, video, logos and underlying software — is owned by Print Store 360 or our licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark and other IP laws.
Trademarks
"Print Store 360" and our logo are our trademarks. Manufacturer names and logos shown on product pages remain the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products we sell.
Permitted use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, adapt, scrape or otherwise re-use any of the content for commercial purposes without our written sign-off.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
"As is" basis
Except for the manufacturer warranties that accompany your hardware, the site and everything on it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied.
Implied warranties disclaimed
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Print Store 360 disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cap on damages
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the site or your purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid Print Store 360 for the product or service that gave rise to the claim, measured over the twelve (12) months before the event.
No consequential damages
Print Store 360 will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Lost profit, lost revenue or missed business opportunity
- Loss of, or corruption to, data or files
- Loss of use, brand reputation or goodwill
- The cost of sourcing a replacement product or service elsewhere
- Any other intangible loss
Foundational to the deal
The caps and exclusions above are a basic part of the bargain between us. Some states don't allow these limits, and where that's the case they apply only to the extent the law permits.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Print Store 360, its parent, affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents and licensors against any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your violation of someone else's rights, anything you submit, or any conduct that's fraudulent or unlawful.
11. Dispute Resolution
Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute that arises from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles.
Binding arbitration
Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be settled by confidential binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Hearings will take place in Houston, Texas (or remotely if both parties agree).
Class-action waiver
Both parties agree that any arbitration or court proceeding will take place on an individual basis only. Class, consolidated or representative actions — including class-wide arbitration — are waived.
Time limit on claims
Any cause of action you bring against us must be filed within one (1) year of the day it arose. After that, the claim is permanently barred.
12. Modifications
Print Store 360 may revise these Terms whenever business, legal or operational reasons call for it. Any new version goes live the moment it's published on the Site.
If you carry on using the Site after a change, that counts as acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change isn't acceptable to you, please stop using the Site. We recommend a quick scan of this page from time to time to keep up with any tweaks.

The whole agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Cookie Policy, make up the complete agreement between you and Print Store 360 about your use of the Site and any purchase made through it. They override every previous understanding, statement or representation on the same subject.
